Order processing

All orders are sent to our supplier for preparation within 24-48 hours of purchase confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery time

Since this product ships from our international supplier, estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days for Spain and the rest of the European Union, depending on customs and the local carrier. During high-demand periods (sales, campaigns, holidays) this window may be slightly longer.

Tracked shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, before you confirm payment.

Customs and duties

Shipments within the European Union should not incur additional customs duties. Should any customs charge arise, it would be the recipient's responsibility, per the regulations of the destination country.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
