30-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love your Facial Ice Roller. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at guaytsmile@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full — no need to send the product back.
Legal right of withdrawal (European Union)
In addition to, and independently from, our extended guarantee, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, with no justification required, under applicable EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, email us at guaytsmile@gmail.com.
Wrong, damaged, or faulty orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us with photos of the product and packaging within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
