Returns & refunds
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
How to return an item
- Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. It must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You pay the cost of return shipping.
Your refund
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund what you paid (including standard outbound shipping) to your original payment method within 14 days. We may reduce the refund if the item shows handling beyond what is needed to check it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our cost, including return postage.
Hygiene exception
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products such as serums cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty.
